All Church Work Party
The All Church Work Party has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 9, at 10:00 am.  We will tackle some chores around the church campus, including weeding and recycling.  Join us, won’t you?

Worship will start at 10:00 am through the end of the summer. Pastor Bo continues his summer sermon series, “Should Christians be Good Citizens?”   With the new improved sound system, Bo was able to produce a video of last week’s sermon.  Check it out at

Cards, cards, cards!
Speaking of the new sound system, we are signing a ‘Thank You’ card to the Columbia District Church Extension Society (CDCES) this Sunday for the $5000 grant we received.  And the office admin has finally caught up on birthday cards…

Auction Wrap-up
It’s time to wrap-up the auction!  There are four items and a few events with open spaces:

  • Espys’ Summer Munchies on July 16 or August 20, 3:00 – 7:00 pm:  pay what you can
  • Christmas Ship Ride, Dec 2, 4:15 – ?:  two spots remain at $20 each
  • Coopers’ Games & Chili, Oct 1, 3:30 – 7:30 pm:  pay what you can
  • Dori’s granola: $1 an ounce
  • Handmade birch tea light holders (3, with tea lights!): $6
  • New leather purse by Joy & Iman: $15
  • Green and white area rug: $25

Breezeway Book Club
Our next meeting on the breezeway is July 6 from 6:30 – 7:15 pm, or you can join us on Zoom, meeting ID 409 087 237.  We will be discussing chapter 4 of “The Misunderstood Jew” by Amy-Jill Levine.  Bring your beverage of choice for afterwards.
