Town Hall Meeting! This Sunday, we will gather after worship for a lively and informative update on our church life. And a potluck! Please plan to attend, even if you have no food to share. There’s always enough to eat; your presence is more precious.
Emergency Contact and Volunteer Skills Inventory The Connexions Team is gathering information all about you! Please take the time to tell us how we can help you in an emergency, and how you can help your church family. Forms are available on the Welcome table.
Spiritual Practices On Sunday, April 8, we will travel to Trinity Episcopal Church for a Taize healing service. The service begins at 5:00pm. Meet here at 4:15pm to carpool. If you have questions, contact John Espy at john-espy@comcast.net or 503.292.3613.
Save the Date! Our Annual Auction will be held on April 28, beginning at 5:30pm. Our goal is for everyone to donate something — a handcrafted item, a service, a hosted event, items of all kinds, or even gift cards from our Scrip Program. The auction is our biggest fundraiser of the year — because of you! Questions about a donation or how you can assist? Mark and Janet Zimmerdahl can help! Contact them at mzimmerdahl@comcast.net or 503.244.8670. Mark your calendars and invite your friends!
Easter Week is right around the corner! This year we are going to have three services:
Wednesday Night, March 28 A combined Holy Wednesday and Maundy Thursday meal/worship service at 7pm.
Good Friday, March 30 A 7pm Tenebrae service where we descend into darkness through the 7 stations of the cross.
Easter Morning, April 1 Christ is Risen! 10:30am worship service
Please put these 3 services on your calendar and plan to attend. They will each be unique and deeply meaningful.
Youth Easter Breakfast, April 1 Please join the Youth at 9am for breakfast in Fellowship Hall. Donations support the Youth mission trip this summer. Following will be an Easter Egg Hunt.

Progressive Bible Study The Gospel of Mark is picking up pace. Every Wednesday night at 7pm in the Fireside Room. Join us and explore the Bible. It might look very different than it did before.
Caring for each other Jo Traugh will be moving to assisted care on April 6. Until then, she needs help with one meal a day and mid-morning care. If you are available, please sign up at https://takethemameal.com/
Under “Find”, enter Traugh and the password 2018.
Your assistance at this time is so greatly needed and appreciated. This is a difficult time for Jo. As we know it is easier to give care than receive care.
As always, your prayers are greatly appreciated.
Sacred Everyday Where do you find the divine in your everyday? Is it possible for the ordinary stuff of life to take on sacred meaning? We are going to find out!! After Easter, starting April 8th, we will begin a 3 month journey, based on the book “Liturgy of the Ordinary”. If you would like to follow along, the book is available on Amazon and Kindle.
