Decorating yourself and/or your bike with festive lights is highly encouraged (sorry, walkers and other modes of transportation are discouraged for safety reasons.)
Cost is $6 per person; 12 and under are free. Helmets are required for those under 17. Food carts and a limited number of loaner bikes will be available. See you there!
